1. I need a rental car. How do I go about arranging one?
We can set up your rental car for you. Rental companies can pick you up here when you drop your vehicle off for repairs. You can drop off the rental vehicle at Keizer Collision Center when your vehicle is completed.
2. Can I get a ride home when I drop off my vehicle?
Yes, we would be happy to provide this service to you, just ask us. We provide pickup and delivery service within the local area.
3. My car is not driveable or is in a tow yard, what do I do?
You can call us and we can make arrangements to get your vehicle to Keizer Collision Center. If is needs to be towed during our non work hours you can have your vehicle towed to Keizer Collision Center 24 hours a day(tow company willing).
No, the law in Oregon does not require you to get more then one estimate. Pursuant to Oregon insurance law, an insurance company may not require that repairs be made to a motor vehicle by a particular person or repair shop.
5. Who do I pay my deductible to?
It will be your responsibility to pay Keizer Collision Center your deductible when you pick up your vehicle. If you aren't sure about your deductible, you can call your agent or claim handler.
6. Do you ever use after-market parts instead of original parts?
In some cases, the insurance company handling your claim may request after-market parts. In general, usage of after-market parts is an issue between you and your insurance company. If after-market parts are used it will be listed in your estimate of work.
7. How long will it take to fix my vehicle?
Each of our customers has their own unique situation and story. Our professional estimators will provide you with the best timeframe available included with your estimate of repair costs. The time to repair your car depends on many factors such as the severity of damage, the type of vehicle, availability of parts, unseen damage discovered during the repair process, and current workload.
8. How will I know when my vehicle is done?
One of our staff members will call you when your vehicle is ready to be picked up. Please feel free to call at anytime or e-mail us if you have questions or concerns while your vehicle is with us.
9. What type of warranty does Keizer Collision Center provide?
Tarter's Keizer Collision Center, Inc. guarantees that for as long as you own your car, Tarter's Keizer Collision Center, Inc. will correct or repair all defects which are attributed to defective or faculty workmanship in the repairs stated on the repair invoice, unless caused by or damaged resulting from unreasonable use, improper maintenance or care of the vehicle.
We guarantee the accident damage to the unibody and frame will be returned to factory specifications. Repairs to damage incurred prior to the accident can be made at additional cost.
This guarantee covers labor, it does not apply to parts, materials, or equipment subject to the manufacture's warranty. This guarantee excludes rust repairs where otherwise stated on the repair invoice. Repairs must be made at Tarter's Keizer Collision Center, Inc. The guarantee is not transferable.
